Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed before 6pm are processed and delivered same day if in Nairobi.

 

You will receive a WhatsApp/email notification when dispatching the order.

Items bought during sale will take a slightly longer to ship. This is due to the high volume of orders we receive at this time. Kindly allow 24-48 hours for processing sales/promotions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

For calculated rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and you will be contacted to confirm before dispatch.

INSTORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our flagship store.

     - Shop A10, 2nd floor at the Veteran House along Moi Avenue in Nairobi CBD. 

 

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout , your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 24hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with further instructions.

Our instore pickup hours are :
8:30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday 

9:00am - 5;30pm on Saturdays.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping all over East Africa.

Because our website cannot calculate shipping rate just yet, reach us via whatsapp on +254705536531 with your order and location. We will then create an order for you once shipping rate is calculated and you receive a notification to complete your order payment on the website.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Upscale is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 48hours , if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds are only done incase of damaged item, wrong item or sold out items.

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not offer exchanges/refunds on sizing issues, kindly be sure of the size before payment. You can chat us on WhatsApp to help you make a more informed decision. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible . We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
